Neuro-Affiriming Counselling
We offer person-centred, neuro-affirming counselling designed to meet you exactly where you are.

We support individuals navigating ADHD, Autism, AuDHD and related neurodivergent experiences — including those who have received a late diagnosis, are self-identifying, or are exploring the possibility for the first time. Late diagnosis can bring relief, grief, anger, clarity or a complete reworking of identity. We create space for all of it.

We believe effective therapy is never one-size-fits-all. Every session is tailored to your goals, strengths and circumstances. Our work focuses on helping you make sense of your experiences, understand how your brain works, and develop practical strategies that lead to meaningful improvements in everyday life.
We provide caring, practical counselling for individuals and families. Our focus is on affirming identity, reducing shame and building tools that genuinely work in real-world environments — at home, in relationships, at school or in the workplace.
Using evidence-informed approaches adapted for neurodivergent minds, we support clients to:
-
better understand their thoughts, emotions and behaviours
-
build personalised regulation and coping strategies
-
strengthen executive functioning and daily living skills
-
navigate sensory needs and burnout
-
improve communication and self-advocacy
-
explore identity, masking and self-acceptance
-
feel more confident and in control of their lives
Our work integrates therapeutic modalities, psychoeducation and practical skill-building, always in a collaborative and flexible way. We understand that therapy must adapt to the nervous system and processing style of the individual.

Lived experience meaningfully informs our practice. As neurodivergent professionals — and as parents of neurodivergent children — we bring insight that extends beyond theory. Many of our support offerings were developed in response to gaps we personally experienced, particularly around late diagnosis, masking, burnout and family adjustment. We understand both the clinical frameworks and the day-to-day realities.
In a safe and supportive space, we work together to build clarity, confidence and meaningful change — at your pace and in your way.
Services are available through private referral or NDIS funding.
